Cancellations
Cancellations or reservation changes made in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. In an effort to avoid a cancellation charge, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Please allow 72 hours for package cancellations. Same day cancellations carry a $25 minimum cancellation fee. All no-show reservations carry a fee for the amount of the scheduled service and must be paid in full before any additional appointments will be reserved or honored. Ayjeré cannot foresee interrupted appointments. In the event that a scheduled service provider is unable to work, Ayjeré will do everything possible to reschedule the appointment(s) in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Cell Phones
As a courtesy to all of our guests we ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silent mode upon arrival and limit their use to our waiting areas.
Children
Ayjeré emphasizes a relaxed adult environment. Children not receiving services are not permitted in any service areas for their own safety and as a courtesy to our guests.
Gratuity
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
Payments
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks with proper identification. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.

Professional Retail Policy
We are proud to offer you high quality professional retail salon products. Should you find dissatisfaction with your purchase, products with receipt, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for salon credit. No cash or charge refunds will be given.
Quality Service Policy
If you are not satisfied with the quality of any service please notify us immediately and we will gladly re-perform the service to your satisfaction. No cash or charge refunds on services will be given.
